SHIPPING & RETURNS
Personalized items are not returnable as they are customized, made to order, and cannot be resold. All other returns must have an RMA. Customers may request an RMA by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be billed to your credit card.
What about damaged items?
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can help you resolve this issue by replacing your item. Photographic evidence may required to authorize a replacement product.
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us immediately as we try to get products out to you as quickly as possible. We are always happy to make order adjustments, as long as the item in question has not yet gone into production. A full refund can be offered for all unshipped standard merchandise.
All orders placed with Art Appeal via Amazon.com are subject to the policy listed on the amazon.com website for Art Appeel and may be subject to fees and processing times not outlined above as a result of Amazon processing your individual transaction.
